Was looking for a 2022 z900rs 50th Anniversary Kawasaki, after looking around my state of Florida for a month and 3 different times a dealership say they have this bike and they don't. I saw on the web of Mountain Motorsports in Conyers. I called Matt the salemen and he said we have one sitting right here on the showroom floor with zero miles. Well, have heard this 3 times already and I would have to drive 8 hours to check out the bike. Called 2 times to make sure 100% that they had the bike and that this was not just to get me in the

dealership even if they did not have it. After driving 8 hours, setting up a uhaul trailer and hotel room Matt was right on about the bike being NEW with zero miles. Matt being honest about what he said about the bike made this deal PERFECT!! With about any car/truck and motorcycle(about 20 of them in the past) there has always been something that just did not go right 100%. This one did!! Very, very Happy with Mountain Motorsports at Conyers!!! Matt is honest and made sure my bike was ready to go when we showed up the next day. Also, Jennifer that did all the paper work was nice, helpful and fast. Got us in and out without any unexpected things(with surely has happened in the past dealerships). The whole experience was great!! 5 stars all the way!! I'm VERY happy with the bike and if I should need any bike within the future I will call them 1st. Period!! That is even me being 8 hours from them.

I stopped by MMS just looking around. I was immediately greeted by staffer Sean Cousins. I told him I had 3 bikes (dual sport, sport bike, and big cruiser) that I wanted to replace with one bike that could do it all. I had been looking at the Honda NC 700 when Sean introduced me to the Kawasaki Versys 650LT. After doing some research online I decided to sell my bikes and try out the Versys. I sold two bikes, stopped back by MMS to see Sean, and we worked out a trade on the other. I purchased the Versys 650 and could not be happier with the bike. Commuting, back roads, dirt roads, and looking forward to some weekend trips. Sean and the sales team were very professional, staff was courteous, and I got a great price on an awesome bike!!! First, their website was the best! Once there Trey was very attentive, made me feel like I mattered, hard to find when women try to purchase. Although I didn't make a purchase today, I had to just give a little shout out to Kurt. He had the answers to any questionsI had and made me comfortable being there and shopping. The reason I rated 4 star to Financing is I didn't care for the interest rate but hey it was still low and for 0 $$$ down I could live with it.Will I go back? You Bet! My visits to Mountain Motorsports are always positive. When I take my ATV in for servicing I'm always greeted with courtesy. Penny and William in the service Department see to it that they do not allow me to leave unsatisfied. Their sterling performance and attention to detail is what keeps me coming back time and time again. I know they are paid for their performance, however, it appears to me that they are not there just because it's a job it seems they truly love what they do. It's because of them I will always utilize Mountain Motorsports as servicer of my outdoor motorized equipment.

I called several days ahead of time to get financing set up and talked to salesman to give him an idea of what I was looking for and scheduled an appointment to go in and make a final decision. Trey was my salesperson and he was excellent, he paid attention to what I said and found what I wanted at a price I could afford. Then Rick did what it took to arrange financing. I didn't feel as though I was being pushed or rushed to make a decision , Overall it was a very pleasant experience. As a repeat customer I would definitely recommend Mountain Motorsports to my friends!

Penny at the service desk was very friendly and helpful also the manager was very nice to me because even though I was 1 hour late for my appointment she was able to fit me in their schedule.I will be happy to return to Mountain Motorsports in Conyers for service and I would love to purchase a vehicle from them when the time comes for me to do so.

Service department was great to work with on servicing my motorcycle. They were not aggressive push typical sales people. They listened to what I needed before suggesting a service package that fit my needs. The service performed on my bike was done properly and in a timely manner. I will suggest to all my riding friends Mountain Motorsports for their service needs. Also of note was the parts department. I will need a back tire in the near future. The associate looked up the model tire I need and attached it to my file at the branch. Now I can just call in and have the tire ordered without any question about the right tire being brought in. Super convenient.

I would personally like to thank the service department for their outstanding service, advice, attention to detail, & personal attention I receive on every service experience at MMS/Conyers. Shannon , you have been nothing short of a service expert as well as a new friend. I appreciate your undivided attention when it comes to what I want done with MY bike. William (Will) represents in my opinion great customer service. I purchased a previously owned Kawasaki Concourse during this past winter from the Conyer's store. Because of the climate and my work schedule, I did not ride it much. Not long after the purchase, I noticed oil leaking on the ground and around the side panels of fairing. After calling the service department, Will essentially diagnosed the most likely problem. He was honest enough to admit that this leakage was noted prior to my purchase and he would have his service staff address this issue. Since picking up the pick, I have had the opportunity to ride and thus far, no leaking detected. The valve cover gasket problem appears to have been resolved. I appreciate the entire service staff including Josh, Matt, and others who I have not become acquainted with yet. William, through his honesty, mechanical acumen, and his "open ear" receptiveness to customer concerns, is an excellent representative of the service department providing confidence to the customer that the work done has value. Additionally, I now realize that a good service department helps with future sales by repeat customers and new costumers.

Shawn was great! He was very professional and just an all around cool dude. He made sure I was comfortable and made sure to answer all my questions.

Service Department did a great job determining what was wrong with my Spyder. Shannon worked to make sure my extended warranty covered the parts and repair work. Thanks to them I'm back on the road!!

I was very impressed with the sales associate, Kurt Fetgatter. After not being happy with the response I got through an internet inquiry, I decided to just go to the Conyers store. I'm glad I did. Kurt answered my questions without trying to push a particular product. Rather than try to "sell" me on the product, he let the product sale itself. I looked at several motorcycles and he patiently answered all my questions and allowed me to think without bombarding me with "let's get it written up" like most sales people do. He was fine with letting me go home and think about it! The next day, I walked in and told him I was ready to write it up. Since then, I've called him to ask a question and got a prompt courteous reply. He has called twice to see how I like the bike and if I have any questions. When I walked in to pick up accessories I ordered, he was just as friendly and responsive as he was before the sale.I will continue to do business with a person like that and recommend him to everyone I see that is interested in purchasing a motorcycle!
